Does iPhone 4S Siri work in Pakistan?

Sorry for the stupid question. I heard Siri does not work in Pakistan. I do not know the reason, though. I want to know if this is true or not. Unfortunately, Google search did not satisfy me. I'm deciding between 4 and 4S. If I go for 4S, it will only be because of Siri. So people living in Pakistan, are you being able to use Siri on your 4S just fine? If it works, does it have trouble understanding Pakistani accent?

It works fine. You won't get stuff like directions or movie timings, etc though.
