ok first things first.

HAL is a commercial organisation working directly under ministry of defence. hence all sales are to have approval of MOD.

yes it HAL does offer helicopter to private organisations.

regarding HPT-32 deepak and sitara i suggest u search google for info.

sir,i've already brokered several aircraft purchases in the past.
I myself once owned an albatross.

sir, the trend of havig a private trainer or dual seat aircraft is yet to catch up in india. most wealthy people prefer to have private buissness jets preferable beechcraft and embraer.

As far as deepak is concerned, the aircraft is grounded and a detailed technical investigation is going on. i have got some feedback that aircraft is unlikely to take skies again.

Sitara is yet to be deployed. Its developmental trials are currently underway. however i doubt if aircraft will be offered for civil use.
