the prophet gave them an option that they can choose who ever they want to give them their punishment and do you know who they choose? a person who was more favorable to them and he ordered all of their fighters to be put to death.


the battles that abu bakr fought against the jews werennt battles the prophet fought, even abu bake had a good reason these people would convert to islam on purpose and then revert back to what they were just to try to shake people faith so au bakr could tolerate that.

you pay jizya becuase you dont have to pay zakat which muslims HAVE to pay just like non muslims will have to pay jizya.
what country on earth lets its citizens stay der freely without paying taxes?( besides pak of course)
