I gave up smoking 3-4 years ago by adopting Juul. However, then i became a juul addict, taking a hit every half an hour or so, going through half a pod or 1 pod a day. Then recently, i started smoking again to quit Juul, can you believe that . Now after a lot of effort and extruciatingly painful cravings im down to 4-5 cigs a day, which i see as a good balance- not less and not over the top. I don't think i will ever be able to quit, my best hope is to reduce the amount i smoke to 2-3 cigs a day, i think i can live with that.

I gave up for over an year and now im almost 2 packs a day again.
Started smoking Dunhill classics.

Moved to marlboro

He died in his 90s.. after his cancer reappeared after 8 years (throat cancer surgery).

My father was a smoker but he hasnt smoked in almost 15 years now.

Sure, but food's a whole other bag of lard than drink and smokes generally

people do get addicted and suffer from clogged arteries and so on from unhealthy food consumption too but

moderation is key, I suppose.
