Do india have just 2 billion $ in swiss banks??

guys,i was watching interview of the swiss ambassador to india.He said,
1)there is no 1+ trillion dollars as black money in banks.
2)Amount may be around 2 billion dollars.
3)Govt has never approached to them for the list of account holders.
4)They are ready to expose who are holders.

it sounds impossible,after having so much 2g scam which was of 40 billion $.I doubt swiss claim of 2 billion dollars as total money.

There never was 1 trillion to begin with and most of the money is moved to other "locations". This is old news.
