DNA test admissibility as evidence: SC ruling may prove a hurdle in conviction in Kasur case

Law of Evidence, Criminal Procedure Code, Investigation practices should be upgraded. Unfortunately whole elite class, NGOs and civil society only justify their foreign funding by barking on only a single section of Pakistan Penal Code and that is Section 295-C. No one ever talked about the flaws in Criminal Procedure Code and Law of Evidence because they are not paid to discuss these things. Still, the parliament can legislate on this but i am sure they will never do this.

In modern world DNA report is irrefutable evidence but in Pakistani courts it has zero value, no wonder they let serial killer free. I remember a gang rape case where the rapist set free despite DNA reports indicates them culprit.

How is this possible? Why would a 6/7yr old and other previous girls have an adult’s DNA? I agree other evidence is also required but this is a major breaker

because DNA evidence is a post 1986 thing while our judges are stuck in 1930s

Still there is confusion existing among LEA's, after having JIT & Science laboratory. My Question is if the subject is not real than where the real one had gone. I mean it is territorial crime.
Where is the IO of ISI in said area. It Should not be a mission impossible.
