Digital meters to curb electricity theft

I think they copied this image from a news I was listening couple of days ago on Solar panels installed in a company somewhere in the United States

They had a very similar meter installed and if I am not wrong, it looks 100% like that

Oh yeah you told me about that before
But if they are sealed securely in a box i don't think anybody would dare to temper them.....as if that happens (or the seal is broken), the WAPDA authorities would screw 'em up

I dont think that if they keep it in electormagnetic field they will be required to break the seal. i will have to check it with my fren to how to do it then if you like will post it here on the name of humanity and friendship

Well in order to temper this machine they will have to open its box.... otherwise i don't think it will slow down the speed of meter by just installing a magnet somewhere outside.... something has to go in or come out of this box in order to temper this box

and as per the first news, these boxes are specially designed in way they cannot be tempered

So I hope they have tried to resolve all the possible scenarios, one could temper this box

India main bhi install karne se pehle yahi socha tha. but they forget we in India and Pakistan very well know how to use technology for such things. we can make a decent sewing machine at one end but will easily make devices to torn clothes.

just like the action taken by AES Telasi in Georgia....except in that case, Georgia used a private American company to supply its power whereas we still have a criminally mismanaged state-owned power sector which is knee deep in circular debt!
