Naureen Leghari a student who joined Daesh for 'Khilafat' willingly (not kidnapped) was inspired by content she came across via social media. A footage confession released states she was meant to be a suicide bomber in an attempted attack against Christian community during Easter. A description of recieving suicide vests, grenades, guns and bullets from terrorist handlers. It is however to astonishing surprise that she's been released and no conviction, accountability or atleast somewhat form of prosecution has taken place.

Naureen Leghari is no different from many other youngsters who were coerced and brainwashed to become suicide bombers by the likes of TTP/ISIS etc. Army has been rehabilitating all those caught youngsters, including many youngsters from Swat and the two Wazirastans. Plus Naureen hadn't killed anyone (hence can't be called a murderer), just like many suicide bomber kids caught prior to ignition. Perhaps you'd like to watch ISPR press conference on this. Plus this is a military operation matter, not a civilian one.

As for Asia Bibi, that matter has been decided by a civilian court therefore parallels can't be drawn with those caught in a military operation.

If there are intelligent aliens, it would be intelligent of them not to mess with humans.
