I am in Close contact People from NOVI PAZAR Kanton ; they CLAIM they are ethnic OTTOMAN's and they speak perfect TÜRKCE. Bosnia is muslim our brothers, but not ethnic Ottoman !
Other Ottoman cantons are in Bulgaria Razgrad/Deliorman, Macedonia / BITOLA and of course GÜMÜLCINE cantons in THRACE !

@Bismarck i tried to explain it for you. Many ethnic Türks had to emigrate in the Balkan Wars. A minority left in Srbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Greece. Other muslims are Bosnian ( former BOGOMIL Christian origin converted to Islam), the others are ethnic Albanian converted to Islam. Sancak's are ethnic Türks, they say they are Ottomans relatives, its Tradition of them to call themselves Ottomans.
