The GOB wont have any issues with people with BD passport that can prove they left officially through a BD airport.

The issue is they can not prove any such thing and SA can not answer how they are in their country without admitting their own culpability. A rohingya is not the same as a BD, they can not mask their identity. A BD and rohingyas are as cousins ..... we are not the same, rohingyas are completely distinct from BDs.

You could and can buy a fake BD passport easily, it has never been easy to get an actual bona-fide passport.

that was not fake passports first of all . they were menual passports and original passports . being renewed by BD mebassy even today . we are not talking today but in 90s and 2000s . BD refuse to issue them new passports but still renew old manual passport manually a room in every consulate and embassy is reserved for this purpose . its temporary solution . the same old manual passport page stamped as new expire date and keep going .


and BD passport is not that hard to buy even today .

this is how BD renew rohingya old passport for renew their saudi resident permits for 2 months only . pic from hong kong @mb444 its been done menually hand written . and BD can not refuse it because in system rohingya is BD citizen with BD passport and stayed in KSA 20 years on BD passport which renewed many times by BD embassy in KSA . what KSA prove to BD ? everyone entered in KSA issued border number and that border number hold all the details of person from day one even airline and destination he/she arrived . KSA system follow USA they have same equipment same system and same tech always . so every rohingya came to ksa with original manual passport in 1990s and 2000s have border number and all the data . then BD moved to MRP and did not issued MRP to rohingyas but keep renewing old manual passports for years with new expire dates. what else you want to be proven . KSA is very sensitive about documentation and border issues . they have more budget then entire BD military for just immigration department of KSA .

So a guy enter ksa with original BD passport a work visa for BD national and stay in ksa 20 years as bangladeshi by passport and bangladeshi national by iqama and bd embassy renew his BD passport 3 times yet KSA is baseless ? Please explain how ?

Well look at this way. BD is an aggrieved party in this act of deception just as well as SA.

A victim of fraud does not have to provide any restitution to another party that has also been a victim of fraud.

The blame lies with the rohingyas and their country. They have committed a chain of illigal deception.

They are in SA which is beyond the jurisdiction of BD. It is an issue between SA and burma.

BD has no part in this and neither will it entertain SA demand.

SA is free to do whatever it wants.....BD will move on.

Has it materially harmed BD...no it has not. BD does need remitence for its diaspora. But jobs in SA are not charity. Our people work hard for their money.

SA is free to act, BD can cope but we are not about to roll over. Basic legal precedence in our side.

I have been to SA..... a very small percentage of its people are rich. The rests living standard are low. Its shia population are second class citizen.

But whatever.... these are issues for SA to resolve.

This issue is about basic law.... SA very well knows this. They are chancing it to see if BD will budge.... they also know it is a long shot.... both BD and SA will carry on....storm in a teacup...
