Let me count the international media
1-FT
2-BBC
3-Reuters
4-Economist
5-WSJ
now only NYT and Telegraph are left. No wonder #ISPR has issued a denial for second time. But what damage is done, can not be repaired now. Now the story of script writer has made its in roads. Now its useless to combat it by issuing late statements.
I am not sure if your stance is correct or not.
But let me say this respectfully (I have seen you post really balanced view points in the past, and hence the respect)
This thing was never about army,
It is not about army
It will be not about army.
Pakistani politicians should grow up and take the responsibility and to some degree PLMN and ALL other parties have.
The only one left now is PTI (PAT is not a political party and hence it doesn't count).
The only reason army is being dragged in is due to some bad generals and terrible politcians in the past
IK has been made a fool by some retired generals who promised him that Raheel is in their pocket, and 101 brigade their personal control.
Nothing could be farther from truth.
Retired generals today have very little value. They had their chance in the military and now the new generals, and new blood is in place.
Coming back to the politicians.
Yes IK is looking towards Raheel for toppling NS.
He makes statements with such confidence that people are bound to speculate that Raheel is in IK's pocket.
Hence the local and foreign media believing and spreading rumors.
If you have to blame,
Then blame IK for dragging "umpire", god, or General Raheel into his personal quest to power.
