Please note that does not include buying advanced technologies and equipment from the West using oil money and then asking foreigners to come and work for you.

I think what Batman says is a good idea. Designate 1000 schools throughout Pakistan to learn Arabic from class 1. Do the same for Chinese, French and Spanish. We will soon build real business bridges to major parts of the world.

They are working on developing military industries with foreign countries. Corrupt leaders limited defense industries for personal gains until recently. You want examples of high tech weapons being developed by Arabs? Pakistan does the same thing and gets foreign help for many high tech weapons from China.

Good luck to them. Pakistanis, Arabs, Iranians and ALL other non-Whites excluding East-Asians DO NOT have the ability to invent advanced high-tech technologies that are comparable to the inventions of the White nations.
