There is one incident like this in Indonesia where the one who did this is a kid but the kid is successful to fly with the plane and just been found after the plane landed

This is very disturbing. I don't think American forces knew that there were people hanging on the tires. So this doesn't look like a deliberate act.

They definitely know there is people infront of the plane and runaway and they still choose to take off.

Needless to say that the US has Afghan blood on its hand even when it leaves. People shot dead on the tarmac, and some plunging to their death after latching onto a flying airplane. Biden knows this will happen, he just doesnt want to spend more money and lost more US soldiers. The main objective has already been accomplished. Same like Indonesia who invaded East Timor during Anti Communist campaign ( as Fretilint at that time has Communist tendency), when USSR falls, no desire to hold it and just led East Timor decide whether want to stay with Indonesia or not
