A mosque built on land illegally acquired and construction justified shakes the fundamental truth of the basis of the religion it belongs to.

A house that has legal issues of construction only shows a lack of judgemnet, an oversightor in the end no issue at all.

But a mosque built on an illegal land will always stay HARAM.

There is no comparison at all.

Which is why by holding the so called moral beings accountable under the law these judges will demonstrate that the rule of law is existent in Pakistan.

The only thing which was falsely propagated by Patwaries is that when the house was build in that whole it area was not allowed to construct any new construction for time being, but in Supreme Court Hearing it was found the policy of blanket restrain on new construction in that area was wrong even as per CDA rules.

This is the reason SCP ordered to allow the Regularization of Construction this decision was not just in favour of IK but in favour of all the people who have their properties in that area
