It has been planned that Turkish Defense Industry to join at least 8 defense and security expositions next year with its wide product catalog in which there are high technology military articles are present as well.
Turkish Defense Industry, who has been exporting to about 60 countries of an amount of over 1 billion dollars, has been continuing its efforts to broaden its share in the market of defense and security products.
Undersecretariat of Defense Industry International Cooperation Head of Departments Lutfi Varoglu has stated in his announcement that Turkish Defense Industry products has drawn much attention in international market recently, therefore, they have made significant sales agreements in 2012.
Pointing out to the fact that attendance to the international expositions and export-based visits have played an important part in sales and cooperation agreements of National Defense Industry, Varoglu has stated in this sense that attendance to 8 expositions 6 export-based visits to different countries has been carried out until the summer of 2012.
Varoglu added that sales have been made to a lot of countries, predominantly to the Gulf Countries.
