NEW DEHLI: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said the decision has been taken for preferential trade with Pakistan and an independent visa regime would be implemented, Geo News reported quoting Indian media.
According to Indian media reports, Indian PM has replied to Pakistans gesture of declaring India MFN.
