Actually its an awami show trail to judicially kill Opposition leaders nothing more nothing less. They don't intend to do any war crime trail but rather inflict more wounds to BD's history & falsify it.

In actuality, it's IND that has been running the show through the RAWAMY stooges. Those Sagols wouldn't have dared to go this far unless mighty Bharati backed them up whole-heartedly. Bharat's strategic thinkers planned to kill JI leaders through judicial murder because they thought that JI leaders were after its integrity. But in entirety, it was cooked-up as it got proved by now that JI Walas weren’t that powerful and didn't have any local or foreign military back up. Also JI ponie-themselves couldn't stand on Bharati's might since they didn't have any militant wing like Talibs.

Bharatis preempted JI’s rise out of fear, especially after seeing Mujahedeen’s tenacity against state actors, big powers. Many hundred thousand of Bharati soldiers got sucked into occupied Kashmir's quagmire and Bharatis thought that nationalist-Muslim's rise in BD would cause many more hundred thousand to do the same that would exhaust more of national resources. Recent Bharati hodge-podge in LOC, especially after the announcement of U.S’s withdrawal in 2014 was also tied to same fearfulness. But their anticipation was wrong as BJI walas were no revolutionaries and by now, it also became evident that BJI was truly an organization of Bdeshi masses and soil. So, we could conclude that BJI's leaders became victims of being fools, living in the wrong place at wrong time. War crime issue was just a mean to earn the Bharati's desired end, period.
