Funny title.. that means the US too..
Only the extremely poor minded will think the Oil rich countries will become poor.. most are investing their money in Sovereign funds and renewable energy that "might" take over Oil in 100 years or so..Since most developing countries will need more Oil.. let alone the countries that are aspiring to be developing nations..
