Dear Zainab,

I never knew about you and where you lived. I never saw your sweet smile and innocence. I never knew that your favorite color was pink and I never knew that the Barbie you liked was your favorite doll. I never knew that your book bag would say it all. You see Zainab, I never knew you at all.

I've come to know about you through Pakistan's downfall. I never had a daughter, but I imagine my daughter would be like you. Sweet and courageous, but a fighter through and through. I'm sorry Pakistan, I've failed you all.

I let our daughter Zainab get murdered, and didn't do anything at all.

Please forgive me Zainab. You are like my own daughter and my heart grows weaker to see you be forgotten, but you were my china ki guddi, my glass doll. I will never forget and could never see you be forgotten at all.

If I could take your place in death, I would trade my life for yours, because your brother was not there to protect yours at all.

As you ascend with the angels to heaven and look down on me, I wish I could drown so deep into the Earth with shame and humility that one day I could be forgiven by your mother, father and family.

Your brother that loved you, but couldn't protect you at all,
-Raza Waheed

I made this thread for people that want to express their grief. I've been very sad about this incident for a few weeks and needed someone to hear how I felt.

I hope anyone else that feels as bad as I do can write their own letter to Zainab here.

You may remember Zainab and mourn her sad demise and the tragedy she was made to go through ........ but she wasn't the only one and she isn't the only one. I have lost the count, there are more than hundred in Kasur only still waiting for justice. Asma, Kainat, Fatima, Zainab, Ayesha ....... which one should I mourn and which one should I remember ..... there are so many and I have stopped shedding tears long back........ I joined this forum the very next day when APS happened ....... nothing it seems has changed for children of Pakistan since then. It appears the "Raad ul Pakistani Children" mission is more successful than that "Raad ul Fasad" op. That is all ..... I have forgotten how to mourn anymore ....... pardon my arrogance.

Sir, there are so many zulams in Pakistan that I didn't address. Thank you for reminding me. I swear to God, If I was living near Kasur I would have grabbed my beretta and started asking questions. Ustad, we all need to take a stand some where. Don't become desensitized to human suffering, because that is what the enemy wants. They want us to stop caring. We cannot do that sir. Allah hu Akhbar

My dear beloved Zainab.
God has made everyman a fighter
In their own distinct ways
Some who fight at battlefields
For some their lives become the battlefield
Some perish
Some survive
For it is the fight between dark & light
At this moment, my dear one
I can only say forgive us
Forgive us for we have failed you
You and every Zainab like you
I wonder how those animals must have had to reach deep down in their hearts and murder their own humanity to do what they did to you.
I wonder how we as a society will answer for your tears and cries on day of judgement.
For whenever I look at your beutiful eyes
And your innocent angelic smile
I ask myself where is humanity?
What is even human?
Where have we come?
And where will it end?
For it was our failure as humans that made you perish in this fight.

-To all those who perished. The silent ones who survived and those who are fighting on.

These are difficult times, times where everyone is depressed, everyone is left confused, everyone is left with injustice, everyone is left with sorts of mistreatment at the hands of state ...... its the time when we have started realising that state has been siding with killers, murderers and rapists of its citizen, the known repeated rulers and elite of Pakistan are disconnected with emotional state of a common Pakistani, the same common Pakistani whose vote brings them to the echelons of power, the same power they misuse and abuse to degrade the common Pakistani. People have grown immune to injustice, I am to blame myself because I never asked them to change the pathetic laws, I never confronted the corrupt ..... I kept silent.

In my whole life whenever I sided with injustice I felt weak and cowardly and whenever I confronted a thug I felt strong. I the common Pakistani knows the culprits, I know the criminals, I know the usual suspects ....... and each one of them I can break their necks with my bare hands ...... but you know it is my duty to obey the law, the same law that has been setting free the hardcore known terrorists, the same law that fails every time when there is Shahrukh Jatoi to punish, the same law that sets free a person that has long been hanged, the same law that doesn't wish to go by the general common known true evidence but wishes to come up with excuses and loopholes in itself. The savior of the Shahrukh Jatios, the savior of the Fazallulahs the savior of the NS, The savior of the IK, The savior of Ranas, The same law that opens wide its legs when it is asked to punish a corrupt wealthy influential thug or a serial criminal. For me state of Pakistan has long died ....... its jungle now and its the survival of the fittest. The usual suspects are mistaken if they think everyone will submit and keep silent like people of Kasur. They need to change or ultimately they will be changed. May be not by us ..... but some day Pakistan will meet its Omer, Pakistan will get back its Jinnah. And I hope then no excuse comes to save them.

Look at us tough Pakistanis talking shit to the slum dogs, but here we are and can't even protect one of our own daughters.

Lanat asay quam par. Khuda bhi lanat bhej ta he asay quam par.

People of Kasur are disgusting too. So much was happening with innocent girls and these f*ckers did nothing on their own. Leave police. Leave government. What exactly local population did for their children?

Sir the Taliban movement started from a few men that asked for justice from Mullah Omar when 2 girls were being raped by a local war lord. Mullah Omar and his students had only a few kalishnikovs, but made sure that war lord was hung from the barrel of a tank. The people in lal masjid were the same. They want justice and if the state does not bring it, I see nothing different from what happened in Afghanistan to happen in Pakistan.

State of Pakistan is in deep slumber, as I said it died for me long ago. The dead end with two options is here, either we opt good or we get wiped out. Bazenjos and Farahatullahs can go fck themselves in corner and keep touting what punishment is humane and which one is inhumane ........ because they were deep assfcked by Zia and cannot forget it. For me humanity died with APS children and Kasur Children and all those children who are daily raped and no one listens to their cries.

.
After seeing the savagery with this cute little girl, its feels like GOD have turn His back toward us. May GOD keep the smile on the faces of my Pakistani children and happiness in their hearts, forever.
