Dawn News reporting...

Lately this "Dawn News" has been publishing a lot of anti-Pakistani reports, of course press has freedom but what is consistently driving them to push a negative stream of news about Pakistan? There are plenty of positive stories to report on as well, they seem to be fixated by the negative coverage they would like to have their readers believe in engulfing all of Pakistan.

Has anyone noticed this as well? Dawn News is probably publishing more anti-Pakistani news stories than any Western news network or what have you. Though obviously Dawn News isn't recognized well in the West, so the negative image of Pakistan they continue to project has it's limits. If NY Times publishes a negative story about Pakistan you can bet world will read.

I think members should file/email a complaint to Dawn News to be more balanced in their news coverage.

Newspaper should tell us the truth and let us decide which is good.
Otherwise its just a propaganda material.

news story is onspot reporting, it has nothing to do with anti or pro stance. however features, analysis, opinion specially blogs can be and you are right in many cases there is this tendency.

howerver i believe in letting them do since every claim has counter claim

Enjoying their press freedom, they are all in a race to to be first with breaking news or covering story. What you would read in a newspaper few days later is now being beamed live into your living rooms. Having said that, everything seems to make news these days, hence you will hear of such stories from far away ....a disgruntled son-in-law has chopped off his mother-in-laws nose because she wouldn't let her daughter return to the hubbys house.

I've started to dislike Dawn News ever since they stole my campaign about a year and half ago, when I contacted them with my work and tried to publish it, they just did some amendments and sough credits for themselves.
