Calling a terrorist attack as patriotic war is beyond me.

Could be they are not online yet. I hope it is left unaltered (just marked negative etc) since it is now evidence that authorities may look at soon to decide if he is worth investigating further.

the one that is labeling others!! There is no rocket science there. JUST REPORT THE OFFENSIVE POSTS and help mods pick up the rotten eggs. You of all people should know the rule!
This is all i did and this is what all of you should have done.

We are in to page 5 of this thread and i see not much positive debate only because we are divided in groups one that thinks what Asad did was right and one which thinks what ROYBOT did by labeling him was right! For me, both were wrong and if we/you could have just reported these as soon as you saw them we would have been in a better shape on this thread.

The Asian Human Rights Commission seems to agree with what I have stated. The anger among Indian members is not understandable. It's their agencies which are at the root of all these. And they do these for own lust as well as to please their Western masters.

I figured you might. I meant more the BDers. They always defended the stuff he'd been saying for years. I guess he hit a little too close to home this week. Good job on reporting him to the police. I don't think he's actively involved, probably just a crazy old man with too much time, but you can never be too careful.

If his post sits on the first page unedited then he will soon find some new followers here, those who would justify the actions of terrorists, and support other terrorist sympathisers.

The scope of having a discussion on the topic was killed the moment I read Asad's post on this thread. May be none of us expected it from him and ergo the thread got the kind of reaction it did.
I appreciate the members of this forum who took it on themselves to correct a member who they thought was supporting extremism.
ROYBOT must have sounded brusque but I would call him alert. It is such red flags which snowball into terrorism later.

I would rather we confront these people and their ideologies head on (as long they follow forum rules) rather than package them away and pretend their views don't exist. In this case fine, the mods decided he was out of bounds....but he has not been banned which is good. He is already posting his usual conspiracy stuff in other threads now (which again is good, the debate must be brought to bear on him so he understands just how many of his people are against his views). His faulty reasoning must be exposed to everyone....but his message and purpose (as he sees it) must not be unnecessarily silenced.

I'm sure the man would not have made the post did he not have the realisation that his post will have a few takers here.

Don't be sure about anything w.r.t him (you know nothing jon snow!!)....after all you were "shocked" by what he posted that is now removed....while I was not one bit (I have seen him post much much worse in other forums - stuff I won't even contemplate repeating and personally having to remember those words again). It is my perception that he posts not for the majority reaction/support, but to satisfy his own ego and maybe get a few like minded fans so he can feel better that not all is lost for his cause in Bangladesh/subcontinent. Problem for him (whether he realises it or not I am not sure) is that numbers count for a lot in reality....and the numbers are against him. Its a large reason why he is safely sitting in Canada and dares not to go back to Bangladesh. He is probably already on a watchlist that BAL has ....given some of the things (often clear threats) he has said about them at a very personal direct level (again mostly in other forums).

Let those anonymous followers not find anything to cling on to.

They will always find something to cling on to at numerous locations....they dont simply get defeated because one of their loudmouths posts get deleted on one internet forum. The response should be to defeat them through debate, not silence their voices beyond reason.
