Dalits don't come under varna system hence they are un touchables.

Shudras are not treated as untouchables according to hindu religion. Although some shudras were considered as untouchables by upper castes. Anti Brahmin movement of south India was organized by shudras who were treated like untouchables by the brahmins.

Shudras although exploited, never faced discrimination like dalits.

Caste system was not so rigid in past. Original rajputs were central asians who were kshatriysed by the Brahmans. There were many non brahmin castes who were brahmanized by Brahmans themselves. But today there is no upward or downward mobility.

RSS is caste agnostic.

Go and read Savarkar's books on Caste, they were very aligned with Ambedkar.
Do you even know who helped Savarkar when Nehru was hell bent on fixing him for Gandhi's murder? Find out the answer.

There is ton of literature on Savarkar working for Dalits. RSS itself was a place even before independence where there was no caste when you came in.
