I don't care who the original inhabitants were, we came, conquered and assimilated into their society. All those who refused to join us were killed or forced to run into Hindustan (unless they were civilians, Ahl Al Hudna or Ahl Al Ahd).

I'm not saying we are genetically more similar to them than say a non-Muslim Kashmiri, Punjabi or Sindhi, I'm saying we are descended from members of their societies who came during the Islamic conquests and our genetics clearly show this. However, they also show that these people did assimilate into the region and as a result form only a minor component of our ancestry (however, for some of us it's still fairly significant). Also, there were still plenty of people from Pakistan working side by side with them, occupying high positions (or forming their own dynasties) and being treated as equals, not as inferiors (a few crazies tried to peddle that theory but they flopped).

Pashtuns and Baluchis are genetically more similar to other Pakistanis than Baluchis or Pashtuns from Afghanistan or Iran.

Not always, we're all (mostly) pretty similar in colour and can be pretty fluid in terms of other parts of our phenotype, I have my fair share of incorrectly guessing someone's origins, and people have done the same with me.

Mixed, I'm mostly a Gujjar (from Punjab, Kashmir and if you go back far enough KPK), but with some Baluchi in me too (but that's also pretty damn distant). I primarily identify with being from Jhelum though when it comes to somebody asking me where in Pakistan I am from.

Jizya was a good way of collecting revenue, we can't just kill everyone, there'd be no funds and it's a little too much even for me.

shia sunnis don't intermarry , azlaf and ashraf don't sit on the same platform .
dalit muslims are not considered muslims except during elections .

Ashraf and Ajlaf have been fine with each other for a long time, intermixing with each other regularly. Why else do you think so many Ashraf have Ajlaf blood and vice versa?

I have sent it happen to this day.

A few families converted by force. If they leave they face the wrath of God. Plus their temples are usually converted to masjids.

Most major thousand year old temples of Bengal have been converted to masjids.
How will one then convert out?

Many converted out of convenience. Lakhs were slaves. Take the Marathas in Balochistan.
