At this very present moment, people all around Pakistan are not able to access Dailymotion which acted as an alternative for YouTube in Pakistan.
Although the news is not official and no official confirmation can be seen anywhere on the web but on different platforms people are complaining about the inaccessibility of Dailymotion.
This is quite frustrating for people who were using Dailymotion as an alternative to YouTube but in addition many people chose Dailymotion to host their videos after YouTube blockage in Pakistan.
As far as the opinion of people is concerned, people are still trying to figure out what has happened due to which Dailymotion also is blocked in Pakistan. There apparently is no reason that the Dailymotion would be blocked in our country as there was no blasphemous content reported on this website till yet even after one whole year when the blasphemous material was released on YouTube.
Similarly there were proper checks on Dailymotion so that no **** can be uploaded so the Government’s policy to block **** websites does not include Dailymotion.
For the time being it is a total mystery before any official news is released about what has happened and why Government has decided to ban the video hosting website in Pakistan.
