LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh minister Azam Khan said on Monday that the Dadri lynching was planned and executed by BJP.

Azam Khan also attacked the RSS, saying it is looking for issues to divide communities on religious lines.

The SP leader said that he will a letter to the United Nations about the Dadri killing.

"We are officially appealing to the UN general-secretary to give us time," Azam Khan said while addressing the media.

Azam Khan, however, ruled out the need for judicial probe.

50-year-old Akhlaq was beaten to death and his 22-year-old son Danish son was critically injured by a mob which barged into their house on last Monday night following rumours that the family had consumed beef.

Akhlaq's other son Sartaj, who serves in the Indian Air Force, has demanded strict punishment for the murderers of his father.

A magisterial inquiry has already been ordered into the incident.

Sir, what you predicted just got a major boost.

Muslims usually do not raise issues of their rights-especially patriotic ones because their loyalty immediately comes into question. This has ensured they are weak and as one my cousins said leaderless sheep. I believe India can win over the muslims. I wouldn't like it but any country can win its citizens by giving them equal if not special rights. This is me being truthful here despite my losses and problems with India.

Come on! How do you think these hindutva people are emboldened to do this kind of thing? BJP being there is like Taliban being there for terrorists in Pakistan. They greatly boost the morale of terrorists, embolden them and people who hate muslims. You should realize the negative impact said party is having on Muslims. Everything achieved for muslims has been pushed back and muslims find their rights taken from them.

It shouldn't be surprising we ask for independence or Pakistani merger.
