The Long March 6 (Chinese: 长征系列运载火箭 6) or Chang Zheng 6 as in pinyin, abbreviated LM-6 for export or CZ-6 within China, is a Chinese liquid-fuelled carrier rocket, which is being developed by the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation[1] and the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, and is scheduled to make its maiden flight in 2013.[2]

As one of the new generation rocket family, the Long March 6 is designed to be a light capacity, "high-speed response" rocket, compensating for the heavy lift Long March 5 and the mid-heavy lift Long March 7 rocket families. It will be capable of placing at least 1,000 kilograms (2,200 lb) of payload into a sun-synchronous orbit.[3][4]

Hey can you tell how much payload it can carry into space

Wow, built already. Hope to see the maiden flight soon.

Neat little rocket. How long does it take to build one and what are the placement capabilities?

The CZ-6 is the smallest of 5 CZ-series members under development, save CZ-11 which is a solid fuel carrier rocket。The launch vehicle is capable of placing at least 1,000 kilograms (2,200 lb) of payload into a sun-synchronous orbit(SSO)。

CZ-7:NEO 13.5 tons,700km SSO 5.5 tons

CZ-5:NEO over 20 tons

Are there any solid-fueled launch rockets used by China??
