But why did she get fired. She was not representing her employer or on employers time. I don't care much for the amendments. America says it's the home of the free and land of the brave. This isn't related to this thread at all ........... but just for your knowledge and information, I would be that Muslim who thinks that hadiths are historical narratives and traditions gathered and written by normal common men based on verbal narrations centuries after passing away of Messenger Peace be upon him, hence they aren't a divine message and should be critically analysed before accepting them as true. Such Muslims do exist

I have / had no intention of comparing American constitution or its amendments with any other system out there. Its American citizens and their constitution and if they are happy with it, why should I be concerned?

And yes you are right, personally I won't comment on anything unless I have command on the subject or I have adequate knowledge to debate.

Usually people sue companies for wrongful termination. Juries are pretty good about awarding people large amounts...

however in this case with the Native American ownership you’d be lucky if the court even recognizes jurisdiction. If it did juries are sympathetic to Native Americans and you’d get almost nothing.
