There is huge contradiction to what the US say about China. I SERIOUSLY doubt that China has the upper hand in this. All the organization that govern the internet is located in the US. Not only that most security organization are in the US. Along with many of the internet innovation.

On one hand people say China is weak in innovation and software, and other hand they say China can hack into the US defense government.

This is another one of those distract and diversion report by the US. We never hear about US intrusion to other government network....so are we to believe that the US doesn't do that. Bull...

you're making hacking sound like some complicated bs, but in reality it's really simple. also the US government network is full of holes. i assume the chinese government network is full of openings as well but that's outside of my expertise.

well i would give the advantage to chinese hackers because most chinese hackers can read some english while american hackers can't read chinese.
