Customers lose confidence in Daraz.PK after they deliver damaged and au standards items

Yeah I too am a victim to their criminal business practices. I ordered a mouse and rechargeable batteries that didn't work, and I didn't wanted to go through the complex process of return. Also one time I ordered plant seeds and I received different type of plant seeds to what I ordered. And the worse thing is you can't even leave feedback a lot of the times.
And just to be elaborate, I ordered about 20+ items from daraz, 70% of the items were as expected and 30% of time I got duped. And I am a very careful type of person, who goes through the question/answer section and reads the reviews first before ordering. If this is happening to me just imagine how common people who just order based on looks are getting.
