The CCP government is just fine, but a democracy will be better. People' life have improved a lot in the last 20 years. I'm quite satisfied with our government in anti-corruption campaign and Estabilisment of AIIB and vision of one belt one road. I thinks democratic China will be kicking *** strong beyond our imagination.to become a democracy doesn't mean to cozy up to the west, it only for ourself to get better.

Bangladesh does not need the help of Turkey to combat these extremists. We have been offered help from countries that posses a far more advanced defense capabilities (US, UK etc).

Unlike a lot of people here, I am not an ultra nationalist. If Bangladesh does something wrong I would be the first one to admit. In case of combating terrorism we deserve to take the moral high ground and for reasons already discussed. Of course due to position taken by Turkey, there are doubts about their intention.

Turkey is very important to us.
1. One of the biggest importer of our goods.
2. They are always supportive in international arena.
3. We have historical ties since Bengal sultanate.
4. One of the few countries which we are negotiating on free trade.
5. We source some of the military hardware from them.
