@Leader Nice photos bro. Some better food photos please. Can only see tandoori chicken (without red masala) and tawa kababs. Some gravy dishes also want to see.

. . . . .
lol bro that isn't Tandoori chicken that is called "SAJJI". Traditional cuisine of Balochistan.

Food becomes blander as one moves westward towards Iran. Like their chelo kabab and rice I heard so much about and when I ate it I was less than impressed. Any nice gravy dishes? Photos? With nice thick layer of oil floating on top ..... :smitten:

.
real sajji is lamb sajji..:D

@Topic very nice initiative... :tup:
man i have never had lamb sajji. do they sell them in the restaurants or somewhere??

lol most of our dishes are with grilled meat we don't have many dishes with gravy but we do have one dish which is very famous and has a lot of oil and gravy lol:P

its called PAINDA.

we make a lot of gravy in chicken when cooked and then put pieces of bread in a plate and then pour chicken and gravy on it and let it settle in so the bread can suck all the gravy and become juicy.
