CTD kills four TTP terrorists in Khanewal shootout

KHANEWAL: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) shot dead four terrorists affiliated with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in an encounter in Khanewal, a private news channel reported on Sunday.

According to details, CTD launched a crackdown against the terrorists and shot dead four TTP militants. CTD sources said that the slain terrorists were affiliated with TTP Southern Punjab chapter. However, their two to three accomplices managed to escape from the scene.

Weapons and explosives including rifles and hand grenades were recovered from the slain terrorists. It is being said that the slain terrorists were planning to carry out a major attack in Multan.

When lakhs come out for Mumtaz Qadri and barely a hundred come out against ttp i doubt even if Pakistani public wants to defeat root of terrorism is it fear that prevents us i dont know
