Iranian leadership can say what it wants towards its people. The reality is, Netanyahu has stated he will not allow an Palestinian state. And the US 'deal' is not going to be revealed. They will keep delaying it until Trump's term is over. Keep in mind it's just an US attempt to be the broker and it can be ignored. US funds PA for security purposes, to buy Israel time in the West Bank to build more settlements. That's why it wants to assert itself in the I/P conflict, and it isn't to broker a fair peace deal. Furthermore, this 'deal' is an effort by Kushner and other Jewish politicians in the US to give the US an excuse to recognize Israeli sovereignty over West Bank.
So if they roll out the proposal, it is intended to be bad for the Palestinians, so they ignore it and afterwards US can claim it exhausted all efforts and will recognize Israeli annexation of West Bank. The 'efforts' were just an organized timely plan to give Israel time to transfer millions of settlers into West Bank in the first place. World will ignore it, so will Arab allies of US.
Anyway I'm still waiting for this deal to be released, they keep delaying it. And reports suggest US already informed Arab allies of it framework, which they are not satisfied with and leaked the details to the media to pressure US to adopt the internationally agreed upon framework or otherwise it will not be taken seriously. Hamas and PIJ are not going to do anything, PA and whole Arab world already made it clear they will ignore the proposal because so far it isn't even based on two state solution and gives no sovereignty to Palestinians.
