Come on yaar! Stop blaming BJP for every social evil in India. Rapes happen because of evil mindset of some people in our society. We should worry about how to rein in such wolves out in the open.

BJP must make sure that stringent laws are passed and implemented in reality. Police force shoul be made accountable if they are not filing FIR in such cases. Make an example out of such criminals.

One more thing... Always make sure that these criminals do not cover their faces with black clothes. Whole world should see their faces.

And who promotes this evil mindset? Not BJP as a party but there are many elements within Sangh Parivar who actually promote this mindset.... And what about the promises which BJP made. Instead it chose to decrease the number rape counselling centres. It bans a documentary which shows the ugly reality...

You are exposed once again. What you quoted is an isolated crime and happens in any part of world without any exception and no ideology is responsible for that. In these kind of cases law takes its own course and nobody object to that. The difference between what you said and what I said is clear. In The example I quoted, These heinous crimes are committed on the name of ideology and justified with religious reference. Not only that all followers are asked to justify it. For their inhuman acts, they get a lots of support. Their supporters get so radicalized that, they develop a special mindset to not see or ignore or justify it quoting other crime like you did. In your example, there is no ideology is responsible except the criminal mind of perpetrator. Still you will try to establish some connection with RSS and BJP. This radicalization is the wonder the ideology make on individual. Law and order is a state subject but still you will try to make modi responsible for that for all crimes happening in Asam or Nagaland also where the responsibility of law and order lies with state. For radicals, whatever support their thoughts is a principle. They never follow any logic.

Delhi Police is now registering all reported cases of rape/crime against women without subjecting the alleged victim to any verification.

Which is why an extra-ordinarily high number of cases are turning out to be false...the Delhi HC and Supreme Court have both given statements on this.

The Commissioner of Police of Delhi has also given a statement that they are now registering all cases, as opposed to earlier when they avoided registering cases to keep an artificially low crime rate.
