Lmao same here i actually learnt abt him from online forums when i saw indians obsessing about him.

On topic: for last 3-4 years this drill happens as a superficial drama we are so used to it and few days later no one even remembers about it as in reality hafiz saeed is really not touched, its so funny that every two months apart this news hits the media and each times indians celebrate it LMAO the fear hafiz saeed has planted in indians hearts lmao.

And as of assets confiscation , lolzz since last four years yehi ho raha hai but hafiz is living with a swag and giving ajit dovals tail immeasurable pain

Read the article again and not just the heading... The clue is in the word "Charities" which is in line with NAP of Pakistan as the points I have listed in my earlier post. This has nothing to do with U.S pressure but more to do with NACTA dragging its heels on Points 5,6,11 of national action plan.

ISLAMABAD: Days after the government revealed its plans to act against proscribed outfits including Hafiz Saeed’s charity organisations, police have taken down a banner of Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) and its subsidiary Falah-e-Insaniat Foundation (FIF) in Islamabad.

A criminal case was also lodged against unidentified persons, responsible for putting up the banner for fund-raising.

The banner was put up outside a mosque in Ghori Town in Koral police jurisdiction, seeking donations for the Muslims of Burma and Syria.













Police action comes on the heels of a notification by the district magistrate banning fund-raising and all kinds of social, political, welfare and religious activities of the organisations and individuals, who are on the UN Watch List and proscribed or placed under observation by the government of Pakistan.

Government plans takeover of charities run by Hafiz Saeed

Fund-raising and other activities by proscribed as well as subsidiary organisations of the banned outfits have been banned under Section 144 in the federal capital.

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), through a notification on Monday, had also stopped all companies from donating cash to proscribed organisations and individuals mentioned in the sanctions regime maintained by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).

Earlier today, Defence Minister Khurram Dastagir Khan said, during an interview with BBC Urdu, that the government’s crackdown on JuD other banned outfits was linked to the ongoing Operation Raddul Fasaad and was not taken due to mounting pressure from the US.

Action against JuD is being taken with due diligence so that the future of Pakistan can be secured and ‘terrorists cannot open fire on school children anymore’, he was quoted as saying.

However, those affiliated with the JuD deny its involvement in any illegal activity, calling the FIF an organised philanthropist group of the country.

Pakistan had placed the JuD on the watchlist in 2008. The UN had placed both the JuD and the FIF on its watchlist in Dec 2008 and March 2012, respectively.

Wrong decesion , on the orders of indian govt to its agents in pakistani govt , in judiciary !

I did read the article... And no GoP is not going to acknowledge Its doing because of US pressure.

Shyt the nacta , the ones who really deserves the charity , are going to.be banned , & those who cheated billions of pakistani poor peoples ruppess by collecting taxes will nevetr going to.be held responsible sorry its the insane , acceptence of orders by our indian pupet govt ,.it will bring big concequnces for sure !

Op Raddul Fasaad began in Feb 17 , took a year to " crackdown" ?

Wonder how removal of banners amounts to a 'Crackdown" ?

At least we did compensate the victims of Samjhota attack including the Pakistani victims. Lot of security measures were initiated by Pakistan and India to make Samjhota express travel feasible and safe. Both the teams from Pakistan and India met couple of times to share information regarding the investigation.

Investigation hasn;t reached its conclusion yet because RDX used could not be traced to Major Purohit. Many people have been questioned and many angles are being probed. Investigation is still ongoing. You can read up on the net.

Now give me your take on what is happening from your end with 26/11 probe.
