The same exercise needs to happen across the country, anyone illegally living, needs to live inside a jail or sent back to the cave they came from. Or be given capital punishment if they have anything to do with terrorism.

Not sure what your source is, but this entire situation was handed to the military all the way. NS committed to Gen. Raheel and to the US in owning this entire operation and in providing political support for it. On the record, NS hates the Saudi influence as no human being wants their airports and schools filled with small kids killed. You'll see it happened all the way through.

These LEJ, SSP guys do the gangster work of PML-N "politicians". PML-N is basically an ideology less party which takes the most "electable" person regardless of his or her credentials. Basically every land grabber and thug like Taji Khokhar for example gets his henchmen and intimidation agents from these LEJs, SSPs. And I'm sure most PML-N politicians even pay extortion money to these organizations for they can easily kill PML-N politicians in Punjab.

With that said, I think they can easily be destroyed completely by Punjab police.

I see where you where you were going with that. I think I may be able to offer a little insight. Right on this topic, they captured 300 people, I know they captured over 100 in Lahore in the past 1 week. So its got nothing to do with SS. The intelligence and the military are setting up these ops, civilians and police is being used as escort only and they majority of the time don't know any details to keep things confidential. Also, to expect a CM of a State to be sitting with intelligence operators and running the entire thing, is not really accurate.

SS was criticized back in the 90's when he gave unofficial orders to police back then, to kill criminals with murder or terrorism related history. That's how Lahore and a few other major cities were cleaned up and majority of the serious criminals / gangster left the city (some got killed in so called "police action") but a few remained with connections to JI, PPP and PMLN. This was of course all extra judicial and I don't approve of anything like that, but to continue on the topic on hand, it did help clean up the mess.
Even the human rights got involved and published reports and that's how I remember it. A few months ago, the SAME order was "spread" through informants after the last terrorist event where they took over a police academy or something. And majority of the terrorists fled right away as they knew what was coming. Everyone sitting in Punjab knew that Zarb-E-Azb will come to Punjab, Sindh and Baluchistian next to clean up the mess.

If you remember, MQM wanted to form a strong foot hold in Punjab, they were told the same thing that Punjab doesn't allow "body bags" and that there will be extra judicial step taken to protect people. That's why they backed off. So in fact, even though I don't like the extra judicial step by SS, it has make these terrorists run away.

The terrorist being released from LJ (I covered it in a different post), is not due to SS or anyone actually. It is at the judge level. If SS was involved with it, trust me, IK and other opposition parties would be all over the media,specially at this time.

I know for a fact that the government and the military have had multiple discussions on this as this guys being released is a high ranking terrorist and everyone's in panic as to how to get him back in. How the judges came to the conclusion (before even the final hearing, that there is not enough "conclusive" evidence there), is beyond all of us talking on here, the Pak Army and the NS's government (including SS).

The government just forced a high court to lift a ban on some death warrants to hang a few terrorists. Due to which, your SC has stepped in and has announced "daily hearings" of terrorists cases in order to compete and probably attempt to undermine the military courts. So the government isn't ready to now start another front with the judicial system on this terrorists' release as it'll be devastating to their focus right now, which is to clean up the entire country and to grow the economy which will create opportunity and will get people busy with work, vs. being a part of these extremists.
If you ask me, its the Saudi's influence and the money flowing down to these judges. There is no other justification that tells us why these judges are releasing a proven terrorist.
Sad part is, for the first time, ALL parties have come on ONE page to end terrorism so that the future of Pakistan is peaceful, modern and prosperous. However, there is now an issue with the judiciary. People with power in Pakistan don't want to play as one team sadly.

SS just did a press conference a few hours ago providing details on a huge plan by multiple terrorists cells who were about to attack one of the largest jails in Punjab, outside of Lahore. They wanted to free up captured terrorists. Just thought I'd put it out there in case you guys didn't know. SS or NS are going full throttle to capture these guys. Growing Pakistan economically and cleaning out the terrorist mess all the way will leave good legacy for these guys too.
