They wanted to do this to Xi. Get support staff infected and hope Xi gets sick. COVID will be used to remove leaders that aren’t pro-US. Putin’s staff got infected and he refused to attend G20 and COP26. This is now a tactic. Xi and Putin are onto their nefarious schemes.
