Time is luxuary,we can't afford.

On top of that,those concerned and competent one's are following events keenly and they won't take time in preparing draft.

i think this is the most important thing as usual our illiterate media is not focusing on, they should update and motivate Pakistanis on daily basis on the update of its vaccine on which the whole world is working on and we will soon defeat this virus Inshallah.

but again our media is use too of selling deaths no matter in Pakistan, China, Europe or America, they are more interested to tell Pakistanis how many people are dying daily.

We already submitted a draft, but the deadline is too short, not just you guys, but really exceptional academics I know have complained the same as well. This reminds me of the trainer of trainers TOR. They probably have their own A team set up-, this is just to follow Pakistan public procurement and competitive selection rules.
