Sir for some crimes punishment is death and that is justice Sir GODS laws are from GOD not creation man Mr Death penalty brings justice and security to this world

Men has been making "Divine Laws" from the beginning of time.Its nothing new here.There is only the law of nature and every law man has ever devised came from that,starting from the Hammurabi's code.

No when he is grown up at least above 15 after that he will be judged because by that time a person is matured enough and knows really well about lying and its effects

Zarvan, they thing you are forgetting here is that most of those who 'committed blasphemy' haven't actually done that. Many of them are unaware of what they did, like schoolchildren mixing up verses, or they are framed into this. Blasphemy isn't committed in most of the cases and it is innocent who are killed for no reason. You seem to know about Islam, now tell me, does Islam allow any primary suspect to be killed or first reviewed with atleast four witnesses if he actually did commit the crime? Going my logic, anyone who is pointed at for committing blasphemy should be instantly killed; it doesn't matter if he actually was involved or not!

I don't recall, but a killed from Qureish was let gone for a murder in Muslim court, because he had three witnessed, not four. Why don't you imply this law here and see how the cases drop dramatically? Remember, the punishment for false witnesses is harsher than your blasphemy punishment.

Judge will have to check that if the person is insane or completely knows nothing about something if a person is doesn't know or don't have any education about this thing or oral one than the judge can warn and let him or her go and in case of insane person judge should see if the accuser knew that the person was insane or not if he or she knew it than that person will be in great trouble who accused him or her

This law is law of Islam and it is going no where Sir those who will commit blasphemy will be taken out what needed to be done is that add one more law to this law that the person who falsely accuses some one of committing Blasphemy will be killed that is the only addition needed to this law

This is law of Pakistan incorporated by famous zia.

nowhere in Quran there is death penalty.

anyway whoever misuse blasphemy law should be given death penalty as well.

Don't you have common sense ? Any law in the world, which is misused by a few selfish people, is not thrown in any dustbin. But the misuse of that particular law is prevented.
In this case also, The misuse of the Blasphemy law should be prevented, and those who misuse Blasphemy law for personal reasons, should be hanged. In Blasphemy Law, the person is given death only if he is convicted. If he has not done any insult to the religion, he will be freed and acquitted, as it has happended with this case. The said Christian has been acquitted because of Blasphemy Law only which states that , if a person has not insulted the religion, he will be freed.
It can be smelled that You hate Blasphemy Law for wrong reasons.
