If India can be reverted back to the kingdoms before British invasion, it would be a success for people of Indian subcontinent, not a failure.

Similarly If USA can be reverted back to a British territory, it will be a victory of US, not a faliure.

Where is Singapore in the FSI list?, the chart where other countries are mentioned besides the 15 FSI risk countries are to draw inferences and commonalities for the emperical data that the experts used as multiple methodologies.

NK is a highly sanctioned state under an autocratic leader - not exactly a failed state, it has a working leaderhip though not to the liking of the world - but an effective leadership non the less.

As like 90% of the time some one produce such list, the list itself is a failed one.

China (PRC) is certainly in the top 15... the author has missed.

In fact, PRC is at a much higher risk of failure than Pakistan.

Bangladesh should be out of the list... it is going great guns, in social statibility, economy, political stability and great relations with neighbours and the rest of the world.
