I don't think pork is one of the main reasons.

If OP included this because of religious teaching reason, is definitely superstitious.

Pork does have another reason why people should not eat it but definitely doesn't have a relationship with COVID-19.

Some say pork have similarity with the human meat,

Eating pork, indirectly we are a cannibal.


But I completely agree with alcohol consumption.

Alcohol makes our body defence weaker, and even much weaker if consumed a lot.

Not related friend. Look at Morocco - they are really having 2nd largest cases and deaths after my country in this continent.
