China is open for business since July 2020. Airports are working. High speed trains are running. I read China got 545 million tourists (domestic) since July 2020. Past 30 days there are 0 new corona virus cases in China, still no vaccine has been made. Why are other countries so scared now ?

Why? Africans actually obeyed lockdowns and social distancing. They are familiar with far more virulent diseases, coronavirus is like Tuesday for them. Coronavirus also is deadliest towards the old while many African countries have median ages in the 20's or even teens.

No there were cases reported in the past 30 days according to a daily update coronavirus map. But very few of them and still others in hospital but not by the hundreds of thousands.
