What do you guys think of the third way in Syria? One is dictated by Assad and one is dictated by FSA which is getting more and more overrun by fundementalist groups. The third one is mostly run by Kurds in union with Arabs and Assyrians. We could say that this 'third war' is already seeming more democratic than the other two alternatives.
The constitution of Western Kurdistan/ Syria Kurdistan
The West Kurdistan Constituent Assembly tasked with preparing the necessary laws for democratic autonomy has approved the social agreement characterised as a constitution.
Today's session of the Constituent Assembly for Democratic Autonomy was attended by 52 people consisting of representatives of various peoples, political parties, civil society organisations and leading thinkers.
The President of the Constituent Assembly, Evdilkerin Omer, said the social agreement had been approved by majority vote.
Omer added that the agreement would be valid for all cantons of West Kurdistan.
The constituent Assembly is made up of both Kurds, Arabs and Assyrian and Aramean people.

The assembly will further include articles and regulation regarding local administration, people's election and the aspects of civil society.
