Consensus on military courts reached

We'll just have to wait and see about what results will this whole process yield.

We've got the bill being presented to the Senate and voted on by Tuesday..then it'll need the Presidents signatre and it will be a part of the constitution.

Expect some things to happen.

Fair enough. Let's see what transpires.

• will pass the National Assembly and the Senate by the 6th of January
• all political parties backing it
• cases to be reviewed by federal government before sending to military courts

Decision comes after this statement by the Army Chief
"special courts was not a ‘desire’ of the military but a 'need' of extraordinary times."

Gen Sharif was also quoted by ISPR as saying that the country would return to ‘original system’ when normalcy returns

Everything looks good but I don't trust these corrupt & incompetent politicians. The last point is corrupt as hell, Govt. is scared of rented terrorists they will eat the case before sending it to Military courts. Other obstacle are corrupt & incompetent courts, they will stop death sentences.
