What's new

Congratulations Iran, Rouhani and America!

If Pakistan could broker peace between Suadia & Iran and Turkey & China, Why can India broker peace between US-Iran and Iran-Israel ? :D

On a serious note, I will create a separate thread on the reasons.

India broker peace between Iran and Israel?? LOOL I have seen it all on PDF.
The Mullahs WILL NEVER sit with Netanyahou/Israel(who they don't even recognise.lol) ever, forget about even talking about negotiations. lol

I agree. The east and west, means no sides with superpowers, but alliance has to be there with like countries. A bloc of Pakistan, iran, Iraq, Turkey, etc, which super power can dictate anything to us.

The sunni-shia conflict if fake. It's just forced upon us by others. There needs to be one or two wise and charismatic leaders in our region to unite the countries, and shia-sunni conflict will be forgotten in 5 mins.

Everything you say is good but I don't see Irans actions in that direction of alliance, otherwise that would be a great thing. I remember the video of Atatürk and the shah of Iran when he came to Turkey. What Atatürk wanted to do is create regional alliances in middle east and such no wars in the region. The aim should be for a no war zone in middle east and regional alliances, then nobody can poke their noses. Even though both countries policies are not working towards this aim I really think Iran diplomats /generals are very u proffesional and make your country look bad with announcements and stuff like we will bomb this we will missile them etc. Makes you look bad in front of the world.

The only way middle eastern countries can look good in front of the world is to lay down and just say "yes sir" all day.

Which countries in the middle eastern do you think there western people look at in a very positive manner? In most news in western media on Turkey, its either Turkey helping ISIS, Turkey mistreating Kurds, Turkey arresting journalists, or Turkey facing a terrorist attack. When Turkey shot down the Russian plane, most comments in western media by readers were generally anti-turkey.

And this is your country as an ally and NATO member. Now, imagine if Turkey ever decided to leave nato.

It's the same with other US allies such as Pakistan or KSA. The narrative on these countries are also negative.

This means that if EVER your allies try to discard the countries, the western public won't care.

For example, look at this opinion poll,
Country Ratings | Gallup Historical Trends

Only 11% consider Iran favorably. Okay, fine, but look at USA's ally, Pakistan, only 15 percent view them favorably. Just a few points above Iran! We have no embassy with USA for over 36 years and we are only a few points below Pakistan?

But look at India, 71% percent approval! Or look at KSA, aside from Israel, America's closest allysoldiers. Just 38% approval, which is less than CUBA, a country that they sanctioned for decades!

The top 4 countries are all western countries. There is not Turkey on the first page but if you scroll down, you see Turkey in 2007, only 5% saied very favorable and 48% said favorable, adding both is just 53% favorable. That's on 2007, I bet by 2016, this number would be even lower.

F them stuff they are not really important. The general population is stupid and the media can manipulate them easily and you know that easily. It's not about saying yes sir or not. You have to get in a regional alliance if your not strong enough to stand on your own feet. Shall I tell you the only country that can truly do that? Only USA. Look at Russia and sco that's to counter USA and nato. Russia even needs support and regional alliances, that's not about doing what every USA says, for example we did many things against us interest because it didn't suit us. Now USA is in nato right? But they also have a special agreement with south American countries can't remember the name but says nobody can touch them so they support each other. We can have something like that in middle east, because we are in nato doesn't stop that. Do you understand what I'm trying to say. It's not very structured but I'm sure you got it.

man this is stupidity
building heavy water plant got sanction
resisting sanction many years even economy go to drain
then agree to shut down plants and left sanction

what was all this ? and why
Agree .... You have just summed it up .. they have really struggled for years what was all of that about ??
Syria, Lebanon, Bahrain, Gaza, Yemen. The mullahs have been trying to build a new Persian-ruled satrapy-structured empire since Day One of Khomeini's revolution. I'm amazed Pakistanis still see Iran under the mullahs as their friend. Did not Yemen see Iran as a friend until the Houthi rebellion? How would Pakistanis feel with such a neighbor armed with nuclear weapons?

You can change the friends, but you can t change the neighbor . India hurt Pakistan more then anyone else. Creation of Bangladesh, cutting off water, Kashmir issue etc etc etc...

There's been no indication that India is or will be out to "hurt Pakistan" since Indira departed over thirty years ago. On the other hand, there's every indication that the mullahs are committed to empire-building and have both the capacity and the will to hurt their neighbors.
