Seriously though, I share your sentiment and wish the same about PDF. This forum does have the potential to do bring our people closer. (Whether it will or won't, I cannot predict.)

Not quite sure about that part though. I mean, is it really a matter of pride for the countries? The two people who won the Nobel today, won it because there are enormous problems with our societies. The existence of female illiteracy and extremism, and the prevalence of exploitative child labour, are the reasons that we need people like Malala and Satyarthi to do what they are doing. It is unfortunate that we are facing such issues in this century.
