Your statement reminded me of incident that happened in Kerala during the 1950s. There was a minister during that time who was accused of corruption by buying sugar at an inflated price. During a public meeting, he was accused by a member of public of wasting tax payer's money. He just made a quick calculation by dividing the corruption amount by the number of tax payers in Kerala nd concluded that he owed the person 30 paisa and invited him on stage to get that amount from him.

Hang on buddy! I didn't hear you comment on the report that the government deploys three cops to protect its one VIP as against availability of merely one cop for 761 lesser mortals like you and I.

50,059 police personnel are deployed for protecting 16,788 VIPs including ministers, MPs, MLAs, bureaucrats and judges. Interestingly, the deployment of police personnel for these VIPs during the year was 21,761 more than what was actually sanctioned for their security.

Now, the question you must ask is as to why you are paying taxes for protecting these worthy MLAs, MPs, bureaucrats etc? For God's sake man, my tax is also being used to fund our worth netas to watch fu@kin' **** in the assemblies!! This sucks! I rather prefer my tax being used for providing security to our VIP guests from abroad.
