I don't why the people in North Indian states don't revolt against their useless government especially in U.P. and Bihar, I mean the amount of development in these areas is so less despite having the best natural resources, cheap labour and also political clout.

UP is just too populated for its own good. Time to divide it in pieces and do a media blitzkrieg on population control, education, hygiene etc. I see a lot of UP wallas in my city, they just keep chewing their pan and spitting where ever like they just don't care. Yesterday I saw a guy spitting in a bus next to his seated seat. Disgusting.
