Could you move to some other European state?

According to the immigration here , when i was holding temporary resident permit in a year, i can go out for just 2 months and if its even 1 day more ,my temporary resident permit would be cancelled.

After having 5 temporary resident permits , i have got 5 years resident permit in which i can go out for 1 year but during the ukraine conflict in a strange circumstances my divorce took place when heavy frequency was placed over my head for more than 2 years.

I can travel as tourist to other EU states but i cant work in other EU country and when you are Indian citizen , its not easy to get work and if you get even too many games are being played.

Being tan Indian is like a big sin and you are not seen as human but uncultured and uncivilized.

I have my sympathy with you and hope you reach home safely with your kids but I really dont understand what is happening with you after reading this threads and all posts twice. Are you sitting in Ukraine or Lithuania ? Lithuania is not that bad if you ask me. Sorry to act naive but what do you mean by open surveillance ?

My kids have been taken away from me and all sorts of hardships i am going through.

I am not having money and i dont want to ask anyone to sent me money from India. You know being orphan is hard.

am telling you first bring your kids to India on temporary visa.. try to get appointment of Sushma or MEA.. just meet media guys... if you need any help to get those details.. we will try to help you... can you clearly mention the prob to bring your kids back to India... straight answer please..

you need to be smart... when you are in trouble nothing wrong taking help from others... you consider it as debt... payback when you have.... so first make your mind... all you need is Media attention... you can have quick access to MEA or others via media... so forget dilemma.. make your mind... nothing wrong to be cunning in some cases... think how to bring your kids to India.... after you bring them rest you can plan...

@Hindustani78 I'm sorry for all you are going through, it sounds like you are having a horrid time. I am glad you are seeking help from the Indian embassy and they are assisting you, I would recommend trying to contact the Sushma Swaraj direct (email, twitter etc), from what I have seen she is a very hands-on minister and tries to directly deal with such issues where possible.

you will be ARRESTED at the airport

Dont know what has been my contribution but have saw a very hard life and i can say the games which has been played for more than 10 years and the very hard time for more than 2 1/2 years. open Survelliance and the indifferent attitude of the people and the open violations of International conventions and gross human rights violations.

Ukraine Civil War have opened my eyes and have saw the real hybird war. Saw real faces of the people to whom i thought mines all the time. All just want to plan in which only one person standing against all odds.

Being an Indian alone in a crowd of thousands who never thought about human values.

I have to return back again because i cant leave my 2 tan (Indian) Daughters .

Here Indian Government have to work out by keeping in mind, International relations.

Our Establishment is gathering support for the UNSC permanent seat and its like my case have already started debates on the human rights violations which are being committed against Indian citizens in developed nations.

India is working for reforms of UNSC and i think this is the right time for the Indian Government.

Here its not just about me but about all the Indian citizens who are going through such games.

Which law ? She is even under stress and do understand that misusing of technology is against International laws.

5. If you don not have any illigal case in India or Lithuania, then Contact our FM directly.
6. First think about your self and make sure you come back to India safely, forget about your children for the time being. They are safe with their mother.
9. After the things get stabilized, contact them again or think of the ways to go back again.

3. Open Survelliance is placed and i have never thought about illegally bring them to India.
4. When you get normal work then we can talk about source or income
5. If i would have illegal case in Republic of India, how i would have get my passport, marriage under Special act
6. When the mother herself was aware of the survelliance system placed over me , What security she can provide to kids

Problem is somewhere else that is the survelliance system and the attitude of the Government and people here.

All sort of discrimination, i have saw here and even my kids are seeing discrimination. Games are being played with me and my kids life since starting even when i am intregrated and have learn the language, gave respect to thier culture and traditions .

Way more Lithuanians live in Republic of India but i am the only Indian who have been among Lithuanian people.

Indian company gave work to Lithuanians , here and even in India, UK, Germany etc but why cant Lithuanians give work to the only Indian citizen who is having 2 kids ?

Very confusing thread.. A lot lost in translation.. So what's basically i can gather is this is a issue of legal custody between you and your ex Lithuanian wife over the kids.. I sympathize with you over it.. It's never easy especially by the kids

Now whats confusing is your statements over surveillance, Discrimination, Indian government campaign in to get in to the UNSC and the Indian space agency.. Non of that correlate..
