People think China will attack India but the simple fact is they are too smart to do so. They want to come on par with US and any aggression towards India is not in their best interest.

The issue has never really been China instigating a war with India, its actually quite the opposite. Indian aggression and irresponsible leadership has forced China's hand in the past. China is generally defensive in nature but can be devastatingly offensive when provoked.
